Hands-On Training for Injection Molding Processors
AIM’s Molders’ Series can shape a novice injection molding processor into a process development engineer or manager responsible for setting policies and procedures in an organization (AIM Molding Engineer).
Designed for processors of all experience levels, students can enter the series at the level appropriate to their current experience and exit when they have achieved their desired knowledge and skills.
Why should you use AIM for your molders’ training?
As the plastics industry continues to evolve, so should the training programs attended by your molders.
AIM’s Molders’ Series features the latest technology and research, taught utilizing AIM’s research-based learning model, to help plastic injection molding processors learn the language of molding and gain the knowledge confidence, and troubleshooting skills essential to be a successful molder.
The Molders’ Series mirrors the natural progression of an injection molder’s roles and responsibilities as they grow and develop their skills. All of AIM’s courses are designed around the four key disciplines in the injection molding process: plastic materials, mold design, injection molding processing, and part design. We believe in the philosophy that no matter what an individual’s job function is within a company, it is imperative that they understand each of these disciplines and how they can affect the final part.
In addition to having an instructor team with real-world plastics industry experience, AIM also utilizes an Advisory Board of industry professionals who provide feedback on the program, learning outcomes, and method of instruction. This board ensures that each course in the Molders’ Series delivers valuable content accurately and in a manner that is most beneficial for the students.
