The AIM Institute has partnered with iMFLUX, a wholly owned subsidiary of P&G, to provide training on iMFLUX’s proprietary process control system.

Introductory and Advanced training courses are available.

Classes will be held at AIM’s headquarters in Erie, PA and at the iMFLUX headquarters in Hamilton, OH.

Introduction to iMFLUX

This course is ideal for anyone interested in learning about iMFLUX and how the technology may benefit their molding operations.

What Will I Learn?

Introduction to iMFLUX provides attendees with a basic understanding of iMFLUX control parameters, how molding with iMFLUX compares to conventional molding, and ideal applications for processing with iMFLUX.

The course begins with an overview of understanding how plastic melt flows in a mold. Next, attendees are provided with an overview of a conventional molding process including both first and second stage molding parameters. Then, attendees learn how the iMFLUX molding process works and how it differs from conventional molding.

Several molding demonstrations are provided for both conventional molding and iMFLUX molding processes.

How Long Is the Course?

Introduction to iMFLUX is 2 days long.
