Registration
A student does not need their own account to register. If you are registering for someone else, you may use your own credentials to create an account. Once you are ready to register, simply press the "Clear details" button and you may fill out the registration form with that student's information.
Our registration form auto-fills if it registers a familiar name. If you have never signed up for a class with us, nothing would pop up. Simply type your company's name in and hit tab, and you can continue the registration process.
Yes! After you add the first student, you'll see in the bottom right corner a button that says "Add attendee". Click that and a second form will pop up underneath it.
Travel
There are many great hotels in the Erie area. Please visit https://aim.institute/travel-to-aim/ for our full list of recommendations on where to stay.
We would recommend flying into Erie International Airport (ERI) as it is located about 3 miles from our headquarters. We understand there may be limited flights to Erie. If that is the case, we are of almost equal distance from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE), Buffalo Niagara Airport (BUF), and Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT). For more information visit our travel page at https://aim.institute/travel-to-aim/.

Yes we do! Most of our courses (excluding the PTE program) are available to be off-site. Please contact your account representative for additional details if interested in scheduling an off-site course.
Our schedule for the following year is usually out in it's entirety in the Fall of the current year.

Enrollment Evaluations
We ask our students to take an Enrollment Evaluation prior to registering as way to ensure a student is placed in the proper course level based on their knowledge, skills, and career objectives. This allows us to properly guide them in their education with AIM giving them the most value.
Billing
In order to secure a seat in the class, payment is due upon registration. Payment can be either via electronic payment (Paypal) or a PO. If using a PO, the PO must be submitted to AIM with 10 business days of the registration date and the terms of the PO must be adhered to. If payment is not made immediately or the terms of the PO are not met, the student's registration will be cancelled and the seat will be assigned to another student. If a student registers for a class within 10 days of the course start date, payment is due immediately via electronic payment or a PO must be submitted within 24 hours of the registration date and payment will be due upon receipt of the invoice regardless of the terms of the PO. Otherwise the student's registration will be cancelled and the seat will be assigned to another student.
Class Progression
No! If you already passed Molding 1 or 2, there is no need to complete an Enrollment Evaluation for the next program.
