There is a difference between, and a need for, education and training. Training is teaching someone that when a part warps, changing pack pressure will fix the issue. Education is giving a thorough understanding of the various root causes of warp so the appropriate corrective action can be applied, which may be completely unrelated to pack pressure.

At AIM, we believe that retention is the key. Our ANAB-Accredited programs are setup for just that. The proof is in the knowledge retention. Our students are required to take an Enrollment Evaluation prior to entering the appropriate program. Post graduation, we ask that they retake the same enrollment evaluation, thus proving their level of knowledge retention.
