Course Structure
Our Molders’ Series courses feature the latest injection molding technology and research. Each course is taught utilizing AIM’s research-based learning model to help plastic injection molding processors better retain what they learn so they can apply their skills to their job more effectively.
All of AIM’s courses are designed around the four key disciplines in the injection molding process: plastic materials, mold design, injection molding processing, and part design. We believe in the philosophy that no matter what an individual’s job function is within a company, it is imperative that they understand each of these disciplines and how they can affect the final part.

Advisory Board and Accreditation
AIM voluntarily underwent the accreditation process for our Molders’ Series programs because we recognized that our industry lacked any external certifying body reviewing its educational programs. There should be someone other than the training provider evaluating its claims of quality on a regular basis to ensure what the company is saying is true. Learn More
In addition to our accreditation and having an instructor team with significant real-world plastics industry experience, AIM also utilizes an Advisory Board of industry professionals who provide feedback on the program, learning outcomes, and method of instruction.
We consistently improve our courses based on this feedback to ensure that the Molders’ Series program delivers valuable content accurately and in a manner that is most beneficial for our students and their employers. Learn More
