Course Structure
Our hands-on Mold Texture Repair course offers immediate, practical solutions for repairing damaged textured mold surfaces using existing maintenance department tools. You’ll learn to prepare, print (without the master wax pattern), etch, and manually repair/blend textures, reducing lead times and costs. The course also covers designing tooling with texture in mind to prevent common issues like sink marks, scuff marks, streaking, and challenges with gloss, reflection, and pad printing.
