Course Structure
Mold Maintenance Strategies teaches attendees many aspects of department layouts, improving workflow, and managing their mold repair shop. They will also learn how repair technicians can apply these strategies on a regular basis. It also shows how managers and supervisors can apply these principles to easily set goals for measurement of continuous improvement initiatives. The goal is to provide attendees will the tools necessary to effectively “change the culture” within their organization.
