Student Cancellation & Registration Change Policy: Summary

NOTIFICATIONS OF CANCELLATION OR REGISTRATION CHANGE MUST BE PROVIDED IN WRITING TO THE AIM INSTITUTE.

I understand I am registering for a seat in an AIM course. As such, I agree to the following terms with the time frames applied from the course start date:

100% of the course cost is due even if the student fails to attend one or more days of the course(s) or program(s) for which they had registered.

  • For any course cancelled by AIM:
    • No fee is applicable for registering for a new course date.
    • I also agree that AIM Institute is not responsible for any incidental expenses, including non-refundable travel costs. As such, I understand that it is strongly recommended that I do not make any non-refundable reservations or travel arrangements.
    • In the event that AIM cancels the course, written notification will be sent to the students within one (1) day of it being cancelled.
